Boardriders

Boardriders, the flagship concept store developed by Quiksilver, opened their first Australian store here at The Strand. In prime position near Snapper Rocks and Kirra, the store has an idyllic location for the Quiksilver and Roxy Pros, the first stop on the World Surf League Tour.

The large format store showcases iconic brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes, including over 200 skateboards. The store includes a fairly impressive surfboard carousel, which features over 500 surfboards, all of which are for sale.

Boardriders also features a café and licensed bar,  4 Pines, the perfect spot to enjoy a post-surf drink or bite to eat while you take in the view. Visit the 4 Pines page for their trading hours.

In need of a haircut or a close shave? Visit the Uppercut Deluxe Barber Shop, instore at Boardriders. Open Monday – Sunday 9am till 5pm. They also stock the full range of only the best Uppercut Deluxe products.

And any yoga devotees are also in luck, as Boardriders also hosts weekly yoga classes at 6.30am-7.30am each Friday, with local yoga instructor Crystal O’Rourke.
